Dhaka Metro Rail Registration

The Dhaka metro rail project is an ambitious development project to improve the transport system in the city of Dhaka, Bangladesh. It is expected to provide a sub-surface railway network, connecting the densely populated areas of Dhaka with the rest of the country. 

The government of Bangladesh has announced plans to begin construction of the metro rail by 2022, with completion expected by 2026.

In order to make use of the metro rail service, you must register with the Dhaka metro rail authority. Registration is free and can be done either online or in person.

How to Dhaka metro rail registration

If you choose to register online, you will first need to create an account on the Dhaka Metro Rail website. From there, you can fill out a registration form with your personal information such as name, address, contact number and email address. 

You will then be asked to select a payment method – either bank transfer or credit/debit card. Once you have completed the registration process, you will receive a confirmation email with a registration number.

If you choose to register in person, you must visit the Dhaka Metro Rail office in Dhaka and present your identity card. You will then be asked to fill out a registration form and make the necessary payments. Once your registration is completed, you will receive an identification card with a registration number.

Once you have registered, you will be able to use the Dhaka Metro Rail service and purchase tickets for travel. You can pay for tickets using cash, credit/debit cards or mobile wallets. You can use the same registration number to purchase tickets online as well.

The Dhaka Metro Rail project is an important development for Dhaka and its citizens and will greatly improve transportation within the city. With the registration process now in place, it is now easy for citizens to take advantage of the service and make their life easier.
